A housing script for FiveM with a furniture editor for house and garden, keys, invitations and in-game house creation. Comes with 3 islands and 14 building props so you can build a house anywhere on the map.

Build anywhere

Place a building prop anywhere on the map and turn it into a house.

• Create and delete houses by command, for admins or a set job

Decorate house and garden

The furniture editor opens from the house menu, or anywhere with /editmode.

• Rotate with R, drop to the floor with ALT, look around with right click
• My furniture: see, move or sell what you have placed
• Cylex and Pata prop packs show up in the catalog on their own

Run your house

Owners decide who comes in and who can edit.

• Invite someone in or out for one minute
• Permanent keys, with or without furniture edit rights
• Place the stash and wardrobe anywhere inside
• Sell the house back for a share of its price, set in config
